I have been asked (quite often) how I do what I do. Honestly, I can’t tell you any one specific thing I do that would define how I shoot. From the technical perspective I actually do not do everything the “right” way. My work is not textbook by any means. I think part of defining your style is knowing it so well that it has no choice but to become a part of you.
I shoot how I honestly see the world. I see hazy light, I see a soft (almost romantic) glow in everything. I can’t explain it and I’m not sure if I really want to know how or why I see things this way. I’m too busy enjoying the moments and loving the results.
Basically I take the old saying to heart. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! 😉
