I have come to a realization that I am all about style. I just like to photograph in a certain way and it is just what I do. It doesn’t matter what lights I use, or if I use any at all. It doesn’t matter about technique or cameras, film or digital, I just like taking photos that have a certain mood about them. I think this is why I like photographing women. It can be sexy, moody, funny, smart, sassy or any mixture of all of the above!
To me photography is the vessel which carries the personality and soul of the person in front of the lens and shows it to the rest of the world. Okay, maybe I am getting too philosophical, but it does make sense to me.
I like to take pictures, I like the mood I create. It’s just what I do.

I love this shot… it definitely relays mood. As an amateur, I am curious how you create the wash out effect. My assumption is this was lighting or is this something in the processing…. Your style is incredible!
Thank you! It’s actually a combination of both in camera lighting and post production. Basically it’s natural light from behind the model, expose for skin tone, this blows out everything else, play with levels and contrast, warm photo filter, adjust to my liking and done. Basically the photoshop is mirroring what I would do if I were shooting film.
I love those semi implied photos… it leaves something for the imagination
hahahaha
Personally I don’t like the full out nudes because there is nothing left for the imagination… I think I’m admitting to enjoying being teased… Damn you
hahahaaaa, I think we all enjoy the tease.
